KaiLok Studios

An independent studio making original anime and mobile games — and building the AI production pipeline that gets them finished.

What we're doing

Original animation has never been short of ideas. It has been short of the time, money and headcount it takes to get an idea from a premise to something people can actually watch or play.

We built our own production pipeline to close that gap — modern image, video and language models doing the heavy lifting, with the creative direction firmly in human hands. Everything in our galleries came through it. We now run the same pipeline for other people.

How we work

  1. 01

    Concept

Premise, cast and world. We design the characters properly first — everything downstream depends on them.

  2. 02

    Build

Script and storyboard for anime; design and prototype for games. Both get reviewed before a single frame is rendered.

  3. 03

    Produce

Scene art, animation, UI and assets through our own AI-assisted pipeline, with consistency checks at every step.

  4. 04

    Ship

Final edit, localisation, store listing and release — we take it all the way to the audience.

What we take on

The pipeline

The thing that makes the output usable isn't any single model — it's the scaffolding around them.

Consistency, not novelty

Every character carries a design bible — appearance, outfits, forms, relationships — so the same cast looks like itself in every scene, poster and store asset.

Built for volume

Bulk generation, review queues and cost controls. The pipeline is the product; the output is what you see in the galleries.

Localised by default

We author once and release in Hindi, Telugu, Japanese and Korean — dialogue and narration translated with names kept consistent.

Who we are

A small team of writers, designers and engineers. Built India-first, working with clients and audiences everywhere. Small enough that the people who make the work are the people you talk to.
